With all legitimate mentality means, Atlast Associate will protect the privacy and personal information that would allow someone to identify or contact your clients. Such sensitive information includes your clients names, social security numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, email etc

Personal information will be use for the purpose for which it was collected which is to enable Atlast Associate in the rapid tracing and recovery of unclaimed entitlement. Atlast Associate does not sell / share trade or otherwise disclose any personal content or information unless legally required. For an example, situation might require legal disclosure of our clients personal information, may request in connection with providing the trustee/holder of the unclaimed benefit with identifying information necessary to clarify that you are the intended recipient of unclaimed entitlement. The trustee/ holder of the unclaimed benefits are just too concerned about identity theft and fraud as you are and this is why they often require such sensitive information. Atlast Associate (PTY) Limited protects the confidentiality of our client(s) once a recovery is completed we make a substantial effort to remove personal information from our data and files. We shred all confidential and private information once the purpose is completed.



Atlast Associate protects all confidential information provided to achieve the aims by its client(s) from disclosure to any person or entities other than the authorized Atlast Associate employee or member assigned to a client case. Confidential information includes all trade secret information relating to our clients including without limitation, information regarding our client business operations, client financial information, marketing strategies, compilations, interpretations or other documents prepared by our clients.



Atlat Associate representative becomes available to Atlast Associate on a non-confidential basis from a person other than our client(s). Should Atlast Associate receive a request to disclose all or any confidential information under the terms of a valid and effective order issued, Atlast Associate will immediately notify our client of the existence terms and circumstances surrounding such a request or consultant with our client(s) on the advisability of taking legally available steps to resist or narrow such request. Atlast Associate encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statement carefully.
